  • ·Presenters of accepted abstracts (oral and poster) are eligible for the award.
  • ·Awardees must complete registration before the congress.
  • ·Abstracts will be eligible for awards only if the authors agree to have their work published in a special issue of Mini-invasive Surgery titled 'Proceedings of the ILLS 2025 Congress' and submit a full paper to the journal.

TRAVEL GRANTS

We are pleased to announce that the ILLS 2025 Organizing Committee will offer travel grants to presenters coming from around the world.
The ILLS 2025 Organizing Committee will conduct the review process and notify awardees by e-mail in the end of April.
Please read the following instructions carefully to receive the grant.

Eligibility

  • 1.Applicants must be UNDER 45 YEARS OF AGE and reside in a DEVELOPING COUNTRY
  • 2.Presenters who have completed the ‘Grant Application Form’ submission
    *Deadline for Application: March 14
  • 3.Presenters of ACCEPTED Abstracts
    *Acceptance Notification: March 31, by e-mail
  • 4.Presenters must be FULLY REGISTERED in the congress.
    *Deadline for presenter registration: April 28
