Guidelines for Oral/Video Presentation

2. Submitting the Presentation File

Template Highly recommend to use the provided template for your presentation.

- 16:9 aspect ratio (Landscape/Horizonal)

- Must include: COI Disclosure Information Slide (2nd slide)

Font Use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana etc.
(Special fonts might be changed to a default font.)

  • *Please bring your files on a USB memory stick.
  • *Please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation.
  • *Important Notification : Only PC Window’s-based computers will be used during the congress.
    (Please convert the file which is created by a Mac to a PC PowerPoint file before uploading/submitting.)

3. Equipment in the Session Room

  • 1)Computer running Windows (Not Mac)
  • 2)Projector and microphone
  • 3)Podium (Equipped with a monitor, mouse and smart pointer (No Keyboard))
  • *We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer (in particular Mac Books) for your presentation(s) to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.

4. Before your Presentation

  • -Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker(s).
  • -Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
  • -Presenters will be responsible for controlling/advancing their presentation slides.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

  • *Please stand in front of your poster before the session begins.
  • *Presenting authors should be present beside the posters during the assigned sessions.
  • Poster presentation authors will be notified individually of the details of their presentation time.

2. Poster Preparation

Template Highly recommend to use the provided template (9:16 aspect ratio, Portrait/Vertical)

* The abstract title, author's name(s) and institution(s) should appear at the top.

Page Limit One (1) page (Single slide)

3. Set-up

  • Poster Boards
  • -Posters must be mounted on the assigned poster board that carry your unique poster number.
  • Poster Dimensions
  • -Panel: 95cm (W) x 250cm (H)
  • -Recommended Poster Size: 90cm (W) x 120cm (H)
  • -Maximum Size: 94cm (W) x 195cm (H)
  • Please note that it is the responsibility of the presenting author to print/supply his/her poster for display and bring it to the congress.
  • Adhesive tape will be available to attach your poster to the panel.
    (Tape will be provided in Room 101, 102)
  • After the assigned schedule for mounting and removal, posters will be removed by staff without notice and the organizing committee will not take responsibility for any damages or losses.

4. Poster printing & Pick up service for ILLS 2025 attendees (Optional service)

  • -ILLS 2025 attendees can print their posters with discounted prices from "Imagenet" which is the local printing company.
  • -Each poster presenting author is responsible for individually arranging the printing order of his/her poster for display.
  • -Using this poster service is not compulsory, and the presenting author can prepare the poster themselves.
  • -If you would like to use this service, please contact with “Imagenet” (imagenet365@naver.com) if you have any inquiries regarding poster printing and payment.
